You will learn to develop products, mechanical components and production equipment. You can study for example aerodynamics, wind turbines, ship design, wave mechanics etc.

You will study within these disciplines:

  • Engineering Design and Product Development
  • Relative Strength and Dynamics
  • Aerodynamics and Flow Engineering
  • Energy Systems
  • Maritime Engineering

In the final 6 months you will be writing your MSc thesis. The thesis is a scientific research project, often carried out in collaboration with one of the university's industrial partners.

Engineering Design and Applied Mechanics can be studied as a:

  • 2-year MSc degree programme (120 ECTS)

You also have the possibility to take single courses or subjects within the programme.

Graduation from the masters degree programme confers the title Master of Science in Engineering (MSc).
